Philosophy

You've taken time away from your work and daily life to come to Hokkaido in winter.
I never lose sight of how valuable that time is — as a snowboarder, and as a guide.

My goal isn't just to show you good snow.
It's about those quiet moments after you return home,
when a memory from the mountains suddenly comes back to you.
That's what I hope to give you.

Time in the mountains passes quickly.
The sound of your skis, the spray of snow,
being completely in the moment.

So that when you look back, you can feel the air and the sensation of that day again,
I bring my camera with me.

I believe that's what makes the days after skiing just a little richer.

Through guiding and film,
I hope the day stays with you.

A Note on Language

I’m a local Japanese guide based in Niseko.
My English is conversational, but I can communicate clearly throughout the day.
If you’re looking for the best snow and a truly local experience, you’ll be in good hands.
