Tour Details

Introduction to Backcountry Skiing Tour is designed for skiers and snowboarders who are new to the backcountry or beginners. We will give you a lecture on how to handle your equipment and how to walk in the backcountry, and we will take you out at a slow pace. Of course, we will enjoy the best powder Hokkaido has to offer, and although we aim to hike 1-2 hours per day, we will adjust to your needs. Please be assured that even those who are not confident in their physical strength will be able to enjoy the tour without difficulty. Private tours only. 45,000 yen per group up to 3 people (+12,000 yen per additional person)

Tour Areas

Tours are available in the Niseko and Kiroro areas.

Equipment Rental

All necessary backcountry equipment (beacon, probe, shovel, snowshoes and poles) are available for rent. Rental fees are included in the tour price.

How to pay

We accept credit cards and cash.

A payment form will be sent to you upon completion of your reservation.

Cancellation Fee

7 to 2 days prior to tour: 50% of guide fee

The day before: 80% of the guide fee

On the day of cancellation: 100% of the guide fee

In the event of cancellation due to inclement weather or at the discretion of the guide, the full amount will be refunded.

How to make a reservation and the tour day

1, Inquiry

Please contact us via email or inquiry form and let us know your desired tour date and content. We will get back to you after confirming the details. We will get back to you within 24 hours, although there may be a delay due to tours in progress.

2, Reservations

Please do not hesitate to let us know if there is anything you would like to do or if you have any concerns. We will send you an application form and information about precautions, so please review and complete the form. Once you have completed the form, your reservation is complete.

3, On the day of the tour

We will contact you the night before the tour for final confirmation. On the morning of the tour, the guide will pick you up from your accommodation. The tour starts at 14:00 and ends at 16:00.
